Mr. Khan’s practice focuses on defending multinational corporations and regulatory bodies in complex litigation and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on the technology, tax, banking, food and beverage industries. His areas of practice include civil, commercial, corporate and tax litigation, local and international arbitrations, mergers and acquisitions, financing and recovery matters, negotiation and drafting of contracts, advising on regulatory and legal compliance issues, company matters.
